| For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Breathe Deep tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Gently squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. We recommend adding a teaspoon or two of honey to support the body’s expectoration process. Drink a cup every hour to help open breathing. Drink 2–3 cups per day during cold weather or to clear the breathing passages. |
