Usage Instructions
Take two capsules of Kantita and two capsules of Foon Goos #2 three times a day before meals. Do this for at least four weeks, two bottles of each. When you have finished both bottles of Kantita and Foon Goos #2, immediatly start the Taurin Dophilus, two tablets two times daily. For best results avoid sweets, fermented foods, alcohol, mushrooms and starchy foods while going the cleanse.
