| Adult Dosage: 1 heaping teaspoon, one to three times a day. Children (6-12): Half adult dose. Start by taking 1 dose each day. Gradually increase to 3 doses per day as needed. Mix this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice, water or other fluid. Drink immediately. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See warnings. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts. For relief of occasional irregularity; results generally within 6 to 12 hours. |
